After arriving home from our whirlwind trip to Arkansas, Keith and I promptly became ill. It has been a rather miserable week, but now I am on the mend and feeling almost normal, aside from a slight cough and gunk coming out of my nose. Yesterday I broken down and cleaned the house.  I couldn’t stand the mess that was piling up.  I kept the pups cleaned and cared for, my kids realtively cleaned and cared for, and let everything else go.  It was a hot mess around here let me tell ya, but I have it mostly back to my normal cluttered but not gross state.  Today I bathed, dried, and shaved 11 little faces! First bath, first blow out, first shave for the lot. They were all great little sports about it and each got some special cuddle time from both me and Jazz after.

At around Noon one of the families who are adopting came to play with the babies. I think they enjoyed themselves and I was able to answer a few questions about grooming and general care. By the time the visit was up, most of the pups were fast asleep in our laps. Yeah, these babies are pretty darn cute.

This evening I took some photos of my ‘mostly’ freshly groomed babies. I say mostly, because we had a meal and they are still not super good at eating without getting it everywhere. I did some group shots and individuals. I broke them up into the 4 boys, then 4 of the girls, then 3 of the girls. Keith didn’t make it home until dark and it is suppose to rain for the next 3 days.  This was now or never situation if I wanted outdoor light and fall foliage fun.  The most I can solo wrangle and photograph at the same time is around 5, so I broke the group photos up into smaller units.

Here are the solo photos.  Some of them are less than ideal, because I had a rather large nose print on my lens I didn’t catch until halfway done with the shoot.  I couldn’t remember who I had missed, so I utilized the best of the worst, if you know what I mean.
