Sunday morning early I drove out to Chattanooga to meet with Gloria and Kelsey to pick up the babies.  They traveled really well and after 24 hours have settled in like this is their home.  They slept through the night in a pen in the living room, which has access to the back yard via a doggy door.  When I got up at 6AM this morning, the entire group had already been outside to potty and were having a big time playing in the dew damp grass.  Such smart babies!  Needless to say, I am happy with their intelligence and clean nature.   They all napped in the pen next to the couch while we watched TV last night, but right before bed I woke up the lot and called them back outside for a quick potty.  They all did great, so potty training is well started with this group.

During their morning nap, I was able to rouse them enough for a quick photo shoot.  They really REALLY didn’t want to wake up, but it made for puppies who were willing to stay away from the camera.  The light was coming in the living room windows, softened by the porch overhang, so it made for some pretty shots.

I also took some video of the babies yesterday right after they arrived.  Watch the video and note how stressed out they seem (HAHA).  They really walked in like they owned the place, and thought the kids were the best thing ever invented!

Aptitude testing will occur sometime over the next 24 hours, so watch for a blog update tomorrow.
