Ziva whelped 6 lovely, healthy babies on January 1st! Kelsey has selected Angry Birds for this group’s litter names. These names are only for fun and to allow us to keep track of who is whom without resorting to calling them by their collar colors.

Dark Girl- Stella (Pink Collar)
Dark Boy #1- Chuck (Yellow Collar)

The collars are only there for identification purposes for this photo. They don’t stay in collars when they are this tiny.
We won’t know exact coat colors until 6-8 weeks of age. Silvers start fading earlier than blues, but all the dark pups are born black. The creams will probably be extremely light and what most people consider white. Mom is resting and the babies are doing great. Gloria and Kelsey will try to get a few newborn individual photos tomorrow. Ziva is always a very protective mom, so she doesn’t like her new babies to leave her side for the first few days.

I have several people already interested, but I do not believe all these pups are spoken for as yet. We should have a really nice mix of colors in this group of Poodles. Something for everyone!!
For those planning these pups will be allowed to start leaving for their new homes around the first week in March.
