I got a few hours sleep last night and decided to tackle the hair ball, better known as Cody.  He was way over due for a groom.  I even felt a few mats and I never let my dogs get matted.  I won’t be able to go to any conformation shows until next year, so I felt it was a good time to buzz him down and see how he is maturing structurally.

This photo shows his structure well.  He is very balanced and has some great attributes.  His tail is slightly down here, as he was getting bored waiting on me to release him to get the toy he is currently watching.  That toy could get up and leave at ANY time!

A good shot of his front and head.  Ignore the rear.  He isn’t cow hocked.  Code was getting ready to jump to get the toy I tossed on top of the swing.  This shows his tail set a bit better.

Seriously, his eyes never leave the toy!  You can tell exact where I put or hold the thing by watching where he is looking.
