About 6 months ago I bought Merlot a Bob-A-Lot treat toy.  He enjoys a good treat toy, but I have to say this one is our favorite.  It is such a hit I am going to start suggesting the toy to all my future puppy owners. 

The toy has held up well under daily use.  Merlot has chewed on the top, but it still functions fine.  He has learned how to adjust the flow of treats by sticking his nail up in the treat hole, so they flow freely.  I don’t mind this since it holds a LOT of dog food and it is better than him simply standing over a food dish.  Merlot is 11 years old and needs all the mental stimulation he can get!  The toy keeps his interest and provides a way for the kids to interact with him in a meaniful way.  They will fill the treat toy for him, then place it on the floor for him to use, giggling as he paws the toys and dislodges the food.  Aiden will often get excited and shake some food out for Merlot, who is all for help!  All in all we give this toy two BIG paws up!!
