It has been a very cool week here! The puppies are loving it, because I
don't let them outside when it is hot.
I took the puppies on the patio yard area for some time in the shade and so they
could meet the neighbor dogs though the fence.
This area is on the other side of the house, so it allowed for some different
smells and surfaces to explore.
Merlot really really wanted to come out, so I decided it was time to let the
pups and him spend some quality time.
 He is sooooo good with young puppies. Here they are crawling all over him. |
 The White female was barking and jumping all over him. He gave her a little growl when she pushed the limit, but it was very appropriate. |
 He is a dominant dog, but he understands puppies and has patience with them. Many people think aggression when you talk dominance. They are not the same. If he were dog aggressive, this would not be possible. |
 Derby could NOT stand Merlot having all the fun. The pups just love playing with Derby. They think he is a great toy! |
