Hi Becky,
I just sent you some pictures through snapfish. We took the puppies outside for the first time today. It was finally sunny and NOT windy, about 62 degrees, so not too cold. They all did fine. I can’t say they enjoyed it, but overall they didn’t get too upset with the new environment.
We have started calling the pups by names in the past two days. I will list out collar colors and names and the photo numbers for each that you will see when you view them on snapfish so you will know who you are looking at.
I’ll call my mobile vet when they are old enough for their shots.
Thanks, Stacey

Red Bone collar we call
“Lightning”. He’s not the fastest, it’s too early to tell, but one of them
had to be named Lightning, and it seemed to work for him. He is very good
at going potty on the paper and playful with the others. I only got 2
pictures of him 3296, 98. I think I was still trying to figure out the best
place for me to stand to take the pictures, so I ended up having to delete
most of his because of shadows, etc. |

| Blue Collar we call “Sky”. Well, actually Morgan and her friend named him Sky just because they like the name and it does go with our weather theme. He is the most consistent for seeking out the paper to go potty and he is one of the most rambunctious pups. I think he already shows signs of being a real thinker. He is very playful with his siblings and with us, but he easily quiets down when we hold him. He is pictures 3299-03. | |

| Blue Plaid bone collar is now called “Vortex”. Yes, he’s a little rambunctious too, but mostly we wanted to name one tornado, but that’s just too long of a name, so we decided on vortex instead. Chach says we can call him “Tex” for short, which kinda fits in with your family moveJ I think he is the most adaptable as he handles everything with the least amount of whining, crying, etc. He is the only one who just laid still when Kraig put him on the scale to weigh them the other day. He did great outside too. His pictures are 3304-08. | |

| Solid Red collar is “Thunder”, but we’ve been calling him Thunder for 2 weeks because he is so much bigger than the others and because he makes the most noise (yes, he still does). He is just sweet! He wants us to hold him. He also spends more time alone than any of the others, but he still does lay with them and play with them. He loved to lay under the railing we had in the whelping box and he was getting so big that we had to remove the railing yesterday because we were afraid he’d get stuck. He also tried climbing out by using it as a step ladder. He did awesome outside. He was the first one to find his own way back to Mom and littermates. His pictures are 3310-16. By the way, he has no more room to grow in his collar and if I don’t get him a new collar by tomorrow, he will not be wearing one until I can get out to Petsmart. BIG boy! | |

| Of course the one with no collar is “Hurricane Katrina”, better known as “Katie”. She is a baby doll! She just loves to be held, and Halle is always happy to oblige her. She is also very photogenic, so she got the most pictures taken outside today. She was a brave explorer and found her way back to her littermates on her own. I don’t think she cried at all when we sat her on the grass by herself. Her pictures are 3317-25. | |

| Stripped collar is now called “Radar”. We were going to call him “Strike”, as is lightning strike, but the name seemed too harsh for his sweet personality. So, I got on a weather website and started calling out weather words from the website. When I said Doppler Radar, Morgan decided she liked the radar part. I know you already have a “Radar”, but this probably won’t be his permanent name. He also did extraordinarily well when placed on the grass by himself and found his way back to the others on his own. I think he is pretty adaptable too, as he seems to handle most new situations well. His pictures are 3326-32. | |
