Flash's Grandfather Mickey

Sunday’s are Merlot’s day, but I felt the need to post the passing of another great dog.  Mickey, pictured above, is the grandfather of Flash (PEDIGREE) and the Great Grandfather of Bree (PEDIGREE).   He had a long and fulfilling life, adding many great poodles to our world with very few health issues.  Mickey was Karin Benker’s foundation sire, the way Merlot was mine.  He had a long life up in Oregon and has many puppies world wide.   Rest In Peace, Mickey.

Interestingly, I picked out Flash’s call  name from his grandfather Mickey’s AKC name.   It simply fit my live wire of a boy.  🙂
