Sue sent me some new photos and videos of the babies! They are growing so fast and really starting to look and act like Poodles. The first few weeks the babies simply eat and sleep, so hopefully we will be getting some fun videos as they explore their world. If you are interested in this litter, please contact Sue. The pups are tracking mid to large on the growth scale, so likely these boys will top out at the mid-large size Poodle range like their dad. I think they would make exceptional pets, therapy / service dogs, or performance prospects. They have generations of schmoozing therapy dogs behind them as well, so if you want a Poodle who can work a crowd, this group is for you! I was talking to the family who has Bandit (was Jay) from Libby’s first litter. He goes to work with them every day (CPA’s) and he has that entire office wrapped around his paw. I told them it is coming down from my Merlot, my heart dog and beloved first ever Standard Poodle. It is like watching magic happen when they start working a room!!

Both parents are UKC Champions and Libby has her Rally 1 title and hunts upland with her owners. Libby’s litter will be born and raised by her mom, Sue Braaten, near Salina, Kansas. These babies will NOT be coming to Texas for training, as it is highly likely we will be traveling during the holiday season 2018 December. UKC Grand Champion Shyre’s Sanguine Ashes
Ashes live in Ohio and is bred and owned by Rebekah of Shyre Poodles. He is an outlier male with diverse bloodlines and paired well with Libby using the UC Davis diversity DNA testing tools on Better Bred. According to the data Libby and Ashes are unrelated, so Sue, Rebekah, and I hope this litter will produce some outstanding healthy dogs. Ashes is a sweet, calm male who should provide a great temperament balance to Libby’s more outgoing nature.
