Jennifer Burrhus adopted Gatsby from our Georgie x River litter earlier this year.  About 2 weeks ago, Jennifer sent me an update on how things are going.  Thank you Jennifer for taking such excellent care of our little boy.  Thank you Gatsby for taking such excellent care of Jennifer!  This is why I breed dogs.

Hello Becky,

I wanted to send you a quick email to update you on how Gatsby is doing. He is doing wonderful! He is such a solid kind boy. So attentive and willing to please! With the permission of my school Gatsby has come to class with me and behaves like a perfect gentleman. He has learned to push the buttons to open the doors at school and presses close to me in the elevators when I get dizzy. He has even started to get the hang of retrieving and handing me dropped items, his favorite being pens. I often have him carry a water bottle or a pen in his mouth as we walk to the car. 🙂 It makes him feel so important and you can see it in how he bounces along beside me. I am so happy with him. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect boy!

I attached a few pictures of him for you. 🙂 I get complimented constantly on how beautiful he is.

His new vest arrived! He looks nice in it, though its a bit longer than expected… The patches on it came with the vest, I have my own patches to add to it, but I had to go get pictures of him in the vest asap before the light faded too much. 🙂 Please let me know when you update the blog!
