The day you were born changed my life, shaped my future, gave me experiences I had never known. The day you were born, I found something I never knew I was missing, a special bond found only by those who take a chance on something new. The day you were born made me a better person, and has changed the lives of many others in our world. 13 years ago today, you were born.
I mark the day you were born even though you are now gone, because it is the day I became so much more. There will never be another like you, my once in a lifetime friend. Rest in peace and know your legacy lives on.
