I have not posted on the blog in over a month!  I am so very sorry everyone.  The hives were incredible, and it took a full month of medication to clear it up completely.  I am happy to say I am itch free and over the medication side affects, which left a LOT to be desired.  My doctor was nice enough to tell me I would likely have a short fuse while on the prednisone, but failed to mention the extreme hunger that would never stop, and the incredible acne that would cover my face, back, neck, and chest.  Oh yes, I felt just like a teenager with none of the good aspects of being full of energy and ready to take on the world.    Hopefully that will be the end of that, at least until next summer and more of the foul poison ivy attempts to grow back under our oak tree.

I have a lot of information to share.  Some puppy updates, some information for future litters, and some interesting things I am currently involved with involving genetics and our lovely breed.  I’m excited about the future blog post, I hope you are as well.
